No slope rating, no yardage bragging, no pretense. You show up, you pay what amounts to pocket change, and you walk. The layout won't challenge anyone's handicap in any serious way. That's not the point. The point is golf stripped to its bones. A place where the only thing between you and the first tee is a few dollars and a willingness to carry your own bag. Not every course needs to be memorable. Some just need to be there.
